a Chartist tour of London, 21 September 2015 - volunteers needed!

As part of the British Library Labs project, I'm organising a tour of Chartist sites on the afternoon of Monday 21 September, starting from the British Library and walking through the Warren Street/Tottenham Court Road/Soho/Regent Street area, and ending with a reading of Northern Star reports of Chartist meetings in a pub where they took place.

It's free and comes with lunch at the British Library! - More info here - http://britishlibrary.typepad.co.uk/digital-scholarship/2015/07/update-on-political-meetings-mapper.html
and to book a place go to - https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/following-the-chartists-around-london-tickets-17917954083

I also need volunteers to help:
- dress up in costume
- read out some of the reports
- pretend to be Chartists.

Email k.navickas@herts.ac.uk if you'd like to help. It'll be fun!
